hi,neelam frm. gsp.i apply the post of headmistress in 2006 thro. cdac.but dpi (s) does not cons.my case.my cat.is sc(m&b).my merit is above 62%.dpi gives apponte.letter to lower merit.my merit is higher than these candidates.dpi does not hear us.plz. help.

such orders may be challenged under writ jurisdiction in the high court. But there must be material irregularity or procedural irregularity in the appointment
