Legal Question in Employment Law in India
want to know in which HR rule it is mentioned that if a employee takes a leave in a specific month during his probation period, he will be given full month salary and this leave will be deducted all at once in full and final settlement after resignation??
No where in my company policy it was mentioned. Still my salary got deducted.. kindly suggest me the way.
