hi

please help me ,i am under husbands visa (free zone visa) but working in LLC with legal labour card from the company .Now my question is if i quit the company without completing 2 years do i get ban but reason for quiting job is my company under lose and it will shut down soon .please answer me

Hi,

You have not mentioned as to whether your Labour Contract is a Limited or Unlimited Contract. Further your Educational Qualification and the present position you hold in the Company are all to informed, as only after that it would be possible to furnish opinion in the matter. You may provide a copy of your labour Contract, which would contain most of the information.

Dear Madam,

As per prevailing UAE Labour Ministry rules, if you are on your husband's visa, the Company cannot affix a ban on your Passport.
