Legal Question in Employment Law in India
iam working in psu. i have completted MBA through Distance Education(Annamalai University). Our Management not consider my qualification for my higher promotions. is it correct?

No, your qualification should be taken into consideration for deciding on your promotion. However, it also depends on the College rules and regulations and HR policies from time to time.
