Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi, im from india. My question is like that - I am Software developer and i have quit my job within 1 week. I was not having any type of legal bond with that company. I have resign and ask them to release me as soon as possible. But the refuse to release me. And I was not willing to work with them. now they have sent me 2 warning letters saying that if i have not reported them they will take legal action against me. As per my knowledge in india there is no such law to take action against me in such situation. So i want to know more about this. waiting for ur reply.....

Dear Sir / Madam,
If during the seven days that you worked in the Company, if you have not done anything detrimental to harm the interests of the organization, let the Company pursue legal action against you.
