Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am an indian and there is a breach of employment contract by Indian employer who is not providing job after signing the contract. Date of joining has passed ( I assume this is an employment fraud). Employer keeps delaying the process for more than 6 months by giving personal issues.

Job location - Lithuania (Europe).

Job offered by company owner who is Indian.

What action can I take and how much compensation can I get.
