I had been issued a warning letter for password sharing but the other person with whom i had shared my password has not been given anything. Is it right or can i go ahead legally asking for the same from the management???

Dear Sir / Madam,
No, it is not right. You have violated the policy of the Company by sharing it with another person, and only you are liable to be reprimanded for it. The person whom you shared your password with is at no fault whatsoever.
Regards,
