i am jayapriya. i resigned my job form HCL by paying my basic pay of rs.3840 on 07/02/2011 through demand draft. but my resignation was not processed and my employee status still shows absconding. first i dont have the dd no ,can i get it form the bank now through which i can ask the company to process my resignation

Dear Jayapriya,

YES, you can get the DD details from the bank that issued it to you, and you should also check the status of payment with them, obtain the date of encashment, and provide details thereof to the Company, and asking them to give your Service Certificate.
