Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I was doing job in a company in amritsar. and in january i started planning to launch my own business of same products that my company deals with but i used to plan for my business at nights. but my boss came to know about my own business planning and he misbehaved with me and forced me to sign on blank letter head of company and i signed it. but now he has written on my signed paper that i am agreed that i am guilty for the fraud with him and he is now forcing me to sign an agreement that i will stop my business planning and i will not do any business related to his business otherwise he will call the police and make me arrested in false charges and also he is not giving my salary. Please advice what should i do??

Dear Sir / Madam,

Once that the gainful wise thought of starting and doing your own business has occurred to you, don't look back. Straightaway submit your resignation letter to your boss asking him / her to immediately relieve you from service and pay and settle your full and final dues owed by the Company to you. If your boss is threatening you of Police action, tell the truth to the Police if questioned by them, that you have not done any such act which hampered the Company's business, and that your boss compelled and forced you to sign on a blank letter head of the Company and misused it against you, hence you quit the job. If the Company does not pay up and settle your eligible dues, you straightaway lodge a Police complaint against the Company and report the facts to the Police.
