Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I joined a company , did joining formalities like filling application appointment order , esi ,EPF forms, the production was not happening then company was on leave so they asked me to leave , was there for two hours, I don't wanna continue there , what would be the legal implications for quoting job on the first day. I was not on their muster roll I guess , no employee code , ID card was provided, no bank formalities was done . pls guide. I informed them orally is it OK to suit resignation through mail.
