Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I've joined an IT company recently as a fresher. I've not even received my first salary. Now, I've got a much much better opportunity and want to leave. There's a bond agreement of ₹2,00,000/-. What should I do? What if abscond or any advice? Will there be any legal consequences against me?
