Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I joined a company on 10th sep 2016 and as of 19th oct they havent paid me. Whenever I ask them about salary they keep postponing it. Employees havent received their salary from Aug. My offer letter dosent have a pay date mentioned and those who has resigned havent got their salary. What can I do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Police action is advisable to recover your salary from your present Company and at the same time you should fetch another job without wasting any more time.
