I have joined the company last 7 years back but was confirmed employee on payroll last 4 years back.
Can i get the benefits of gratuity

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, you are entitled to gratuity having completed 05 (five) years service and the gratuity is calculated from the date of the employee joining the service of the establishment.
