Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I joined a hyderabad based company from campus placement & received an offer letter from the company where it is mentioned that company has their registered corporate office in Mumbai, but company doesn't have any legal promises in Mumbai.
Can i take a legal action against the company & if yes then How?
