I have joined the organisation in gurgaon on 8 Sept 2016 and now i want to leave due to work environment they provided and the behaviour of employer with me . Now want to leave with in 2-3 Days . Need advice on the same . Is notice period is necessary to serve

Yes, you will have to serve the notice period mentioned in your Appointment Letter.
