Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I joined a reputed IT company on Sep 2015. The company was providing an M.Tech degree after 4 years. But they had a job agreement of 4 years. There was a 4 months training.
But I left the company after 2 months of training.
Am I legally bound to pay the company the sum of Rs 75k??
Before me many others also left the training midway but they were not asked to pay the amount.
They told me that we have to pay the amount only when we have started our M.Tech.
But, today I got a call from the company and they told me that the HR dept will take a final call on this matter.
Please help me because my family is not in a condition to pay a huge sum of Rs 75k.
