Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I have joined in a school as a staff on 26/03/2014 for a salary of Rs 6000. At the time of joining they have given me a joining form to fill and sign and a terms and conditions paper to sign. The Terms and conditions says they will deduct 20% of salary amount and return it only if i stay for 1 year , and if I am not serving notice period in that case i need to pay them 2 months salary(ie. 12000).

From the first day itself their culture was unprofessional. They took my certificates and not yet given any offer letter or appointment letter. They are using bad words to scold and making me to work like slave.

I have not yet filled the PF form. So I think they will not open any PF account as well.

I want to resign from this company and want to get back my all documents. what are the procedures for this.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should immediately quit this job and look out for another job and tell the Principal that bonded labour of any form or nature, being against the fundamental constitutional right of natural justice, is illegal and a criminal offence, so very politely submit your resignation to the Principal, asking the Principal to immediately return back all your certificates, failing which you will report the matter to the local Police. When you haven't completed even a week in the Company, there is no question of serving any notice period in the Company.

Regards,
