Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi I joined in a software company and resigned after one month but the notice period was 3 months.In my appointment letter it has been mentioned as lieu of notice i have to pay 3 months basic salary.In probation period the notice period is 3 months also.
So I approached them to go for buy back option but that time they wont agree and after 3 months of my resignation they are asking me to give fresh resignation with current date and they will release me after taking 3 months salary.I informed them that is illegal to give resignation with current date because i have already given 3 months back but they are insisting me to give with current date or face the legal notice.
Please guide me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Many software companies have mushroomed which are bogus. Simply lodge a Police complaint for cheating if the Company refuses to settle your final settlement dues.
