Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi I have joined x company some time ago and they placed me at client location. now i want to resign. As per my appointment letter, it is clearly written that 15 days of notice period shall be given later they changed it to one month. now my question is that if i serve one month notice period and the company does not release me then can i take legal action against them.? like can i file a case in court.?

Dear Sir / Madam,

The Company will relieve you at the end of the notice period, I do not foresee any need for legal action.
