Labor dispute reference made by govt as per the guide line given by Supreme Court through judgment, now dispute is under adjudication in labor court, to decide who is the employer of these workmen, workmen clam that they are the employee of earlier owner of plant and forcefully transfer /bound to work under the present owner of plant in less feverable return by both the management. Now present owner of plant is taken clearance from CCI to sell the plant to 3 rd owner, now please advice how these poor workmen protect there service as well protect the merit of running dispute, because if they any way given written concent to present owner or the new buyer of plant in this case, the earlier dispute's merit could damage.

These poor workmen given prayer information to Labour Department, court as well as CCI and other agencies now please advice what to do? how they save service as well as running dispute. its a case of PVT company.
