as per law how many months notice period.

Dear Sir / Madam,

The labour law does not specify the duration of the notice period. It depends on the policy of the Company. Normally, the notice period during probation ranges from 7 days to 15 days extending to a month. Post confirmation of service, the notice period may be one to two months.
