Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am a lecturer of private polytechnic institute and there is a pending salary of about 30 employees of 4 months around Rs. 24-30 lakh. Is there any law that help me to recover payment or to force them to pay regularly.

You can file a representation before the Board of Technical Studies to which the private polytechnic institute is affiliated to seeking their intervention to ensure that your salaries in arrears are immediately settled.
