Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello. I've left the job by serving only 20days notice instead of 30Days. Due to mental depression I didn't pick up call from the employer and for that they file a case against me. What could be the way to get out of it?
Some points to be noted,
1. They asked me to give 2month notice but I just given 30Day notice period as per company norms in mail. but without completing remain 10days I left job.
2. I've generated password for my office pc and I've verbly given password to few of the company staff. But they blame me that I've not given computer password and locked the same.
3. I've not taken 8Days salary from the employer when I left the job.

U hv to comply with T&C of employment,
failing which settle with company amicably.

Dear Dipak S Shah,
You should request the Company to waive the notice period of 10 (ten) days not served by you, otherwise recover and adjust it against the full and final settlement dues, if any, owed to you by the Company.
