Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I need your legal advice in relation to my fathers terminal benefits (P.F., pension, gratuity, leave encashment & other wages) from BCCL management a unit of Coal India Limited, which they kept on hold since last 2years, after his successful superannuation of more than 28years (1984 to 2012) of his service without a single complaint, on the basis of a written complaint by a trade union leader that he is a Imposter without providing any supportive document two days before his retirement & since his retirement management is not paying his legal dues in the name of roll verification.
Pls. note that the complainer withdraws his complaint on the same written letter pad on the 5th day after his complaint.
Kindly provide me the supreme courts latest judgments in relation with the terminal benefits of a retired government employee & please advise me what should we do at this time.
