Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I was sent a legal notice by an advocate. However, it did not reached my address because the address mentioned in a notice was not complete. I received a call from an unknown person who stated that a letter from an advocate has been dropped to his place. I then spoke to the person and asked about the advocate's contacts.

I called an advocate and enquired him about the content of the notice. He told me that I am not in town and to call him after 3 days.

I spoke to him and told him to email me the draft of the notice. He did the same.

My query is -

Is it appropriate and valid notice ?

Can notice be sent in a wrong address ?

And can legal action be taken for sending a notice in wrong address which leads to third party disclosures?

Dear Sir / Madam,

A legal notice without complete address is not deemed to have been legally served on the opponent(s). Incomplete address does not imply wrong address. Legal action for third party disclosure is not advisable and not recommended.
