Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I would like to know if it is legal enough to not pay an employee for three months in the name of Retention Policy of the company. Usually companies ask their employees to either serve the notice period or pay the organisation if the employee wants to quit the company. But how good is not paying the employee and saying that they would be paid at the end of the third month as a full and final settlement. How would a family survive for those three months. Is it Legal?

Dear Sir / Madam,
No, the Company is legally liable to pay an employee for all the days the employee has served in the organization.
