how can the lrs of a deceased govt employee take the money belonging to the deceased relative from the department when the nomination form doesn't mention anyone's name? will succession certificate solve the problem?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Salary and all other dues including pension of a deceased Government employee accrue to his / her legal heirs. Since there is no nomination form of the deceased person, the Succession Certificate should suffice.
