Legal Question in Employment Law in India
i m join the job in 1/4/2008. that time the company give the full one month salarry bonus to us but that time the company give 7000 rs only. now the company give to notic to me so i don"t know that the company give me which things. the company give me bonus yes or no . my graducity.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Company is liable to give and pay you Gratuity equivalent to one half month's salary for each year of completed service. You are also eligible for Bonus, if declared for the last financial period in the Company.
