Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I Am Mahesh S Sawant .My father Was Service in central Government Indian security press.there was death in 10 January 1999 .service was pending above 20 year .in this time when any government employee death suddenly in there family member claim service in his position for anukampa scheme.i was apply many time but not any response and auction.after that in the year 2006 Indian central gov convert in corporation.there name is SPMCIL in 2012 there was satart anukmpa policy but only 2012 after death employee famaly member can take him to job .they do not any thinking about past employee of 1990 to 2005. i was many time application given but not any response please help me what i can do it.

Dear Mahesh,

I suggest you do not waste your time applying for a compensatory job on compassionate grounds of your deceased father, as the Corporation will strictly follow their laid down recruitment policies. Look and you will surely fetch a good job elsewhere.
