Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello Mam/Sir... I am working in a company in Bangalore, in our company we have a salary rule of 80- 20 which means the 80% of your salary is paid on every 5th working day and the remaining 20 % is paid at the end every Quarter (Based on Performance)
but till date till remaining 20% has not been paid for the last 9 months, and more over we are not getting any facilities like PF, Health benefits Etc..... can you please suggest me what can be done...

Dear Sir / Madam,
I get a firm impression that the Company is deceiving its employees mixing up Salary and Bonus (Performance Incentives) just to show and include them in your CTC, but never meant to actually honour their commitments. If this has happened across the organization, it is clearly a case of cheating, and you should initiate suitable action against the malpractices of the Company by lodging your grievance to the Labor Commissioner and the Registrar of Companies if it is a limited Company for their information and action.
