Legal Question in Employment Law in India
management made me sign during settlemnt of salary and gave me no active account cheque...the content of letter which i have signed.. I undertake i shall not use any material or information of comp what so ever it may be in future if found i will be liable for legal action and company can take action to recover loss cause directly or indirectly.
i also undertake that i have never done anything that might damage or cause hardship to the company or it activities if found so i would permit company to intiate disciplianry action that deems fit for such act of mine, (post my resignation)...... please suggest will there be any problem to me by this letter..
