Is it mandatory to study Malayalam language for applying for the post of asst.manager in Kerala gramin bank for CBSE students who studied national language Hindi as their second language in 10th std..?? One of my friend , he has cleared IBPS P.O RRB written exam and is now preparing for interview , recently in kerala gramin bank's website advertisement he saw that it is mandatory to study malayalam in matriculation level for applying for the bank's asst.manager post...?Does it apply for cbse students who studied national language Hindi during their curriculum..?? Is there any court order in favor of cbse students which can be used in this situation?? Can he apply for this job??Is there any court order in favor of CBSE students regarding this situation??what to do?? Is he not eligible to apply for this job interview ?
