A member of management team hit a member of production team for sleeping during work hours (night shift). Can the production employee file an fir or what should he do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have witnessed that a light push or nudge at times is interpreted as a >hit< at times ... If the HR Head or Auditor who is on his / her round(s) has noted those employee(s) who are sitting idle and whiling away their time, it becomes their duty to alert and wake the sleeping employee(s) and persuade them to remain alert at their respective 'station(s)'. If still not satisfied and if still feeling aggrieved, a detailed report may be submitted to the Managing Director of the organization.
