mere papa ek security agency mein as a security guard work karte hai. Kal rat morning mein 4'Oclock unke owner ke yaha ek gadi chori ho gayi jaha par mere papa ki duty thi. Kya mere papa ko iska harjana bharna padega? cause jis gadi ki chori hui uska insurance nahi hua tha.

papa ki security agency liable ho sakti hai par papa ki personal liability shayad na bane.

Agar aapkay papa chori honay kay samay duty par they hee nahee toh ilzaam unpar nahee lagaya jaa sakta.
