what is the minimum and maximum period an employer can ask an employee to execute a bond to serve the company while appointment.?

Dear Sir / Madam,
An Employment Bond or a Service Bond of any nature whatsoever insisted upon by any employer from an employee implies bonded labour, and is illegal and a criminal offense.
