Hi i have given notice for 30days however as per comp. norms it should be 60 days however i have requested to release me withing 3days. i want to get released from my current organization. HR and Manager has denied to release can you
help me what to do now.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You may request the Company to recover the salary (basic pay only) for the number of notice period days not served by you in the Company from your full and final dues.
