Notice Period Resignation:
I have a problem relating to resignation. At the time of joining in the current organisation they mentioned server 45 days as notice period, now there are increased the notice period time as 3 months. I resigned now, they told me you have serve 3 month and showing me the general condition �Any and all the terms & conditions at the company�s policies & procedures are subjected to change or modifications at the company�s discretion. You will comply with the latest terms & conditions of employment and policies & procedures as applicable from time to time�. So what I have to do now?. I can serve 45 days.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should inform the Company that you will serve the notice period mentioned in your Appointment Letter.
