Legal Question in Employment Law in United Arab Emirates

I just want to ask regarding for those ofw in saudi arabia who are not getting thier overtime payment in right time it took so long before they get paid for thier overtime pay it takes 3 to 4months..and they are not also getting the right payment after the said time... who would be able to help them out regarding on this issue? Since the general manager or area manager wolud not be able to help them or just ignoring thier concerns.. thanks...

The employees should collectively register a complaint against the Company with the Labour Department in Saudi Arabia.
