Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My organisation had put a clause after recruitment (without telling us) that if we leave their organisation,we have to pay back to them( according to clause) .now my organisation is not able to pay my 4 month salary and I want to resign and claim my salary in legal way. Thanks in advay
