Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Can a Organization end a recruitment without filling the posts and adding the vacant posts as backlog posts for next recruitment though there are many eligible qualified candidates as per merit list and there are many ( about 150) vacant posts..?
Can I have any chance to proceed legally..?

Yes. Manpower mapping is need based and is subject to approval by the Management or the Board. You can proceed legally in case of any grievance(s) and lodge a complaint.
