Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Regarding less payment of gratuity I filed the case in labour court. All the hearings were completed. Judge has reserved the case for judgement. One month completed judgement was not yet pronounced. How much maximum time judge will take to give judgement. May I know please? If he changes who will give the judgement? Can I approach any one to get early judgement?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can give a request letter to the Court clerk for expediting delivery of the judgement by the Judge.
