Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have pf account from my previous employer. This pf account is still active. Now recently I joined new employer. My basic salary is above 15000 rs. So contribution to pf is manadatory for me with new employer? I do noy want to contribute to epf but my employrr is forvcing me. What is legal provision. Is it mandatory in my case.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you already have a PF account from your previous employer, if the new Company has a policy to contribute to a Recognized Provident Fund, you will have to abide by the Company's policy.

As Company policy , you have to follow it .
As Provident fund act ,company have to take/provide provident fund to his employee.
