Plz Help me file a cheating case??????
Hi sir/madam
Previously i worked for a company and thy has to pay me 4 months of salary at time of my releving,but they hadn't .1 year is completed but thy are not paying me.Can i file a cheating case on thm?? thnks in advance

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should file a cheating case against the Company and also report the matter to the local Labour Commissioner seeking his / her intervention to resolve the matter.
