I went to police station to put the police case on some one about some problem,But already some people are put the case on same problem what iam faced,Again can i put the case on same problem and same person

Dear Madam / Sir,
Yes, since you are different from the person(s) who have already lodged a Police complaint, you are legally entitled to lodge your own independent Police complaint (First Information Report-FIR) in the local Police station and obtain an acknowledgement from the Police on your FIR.
