Thank you Prashant sir for your quick response. Another issue I want to know .
I asked my HR regarding my salary with reference to my appointment letter . I asked them that as per the letter , the company is liable to pay me monthly a particular amount . As per my HR , Appointment Letter is not a part of our service bond . It is legal but it does not mean that company is bound to pay us monthly salary "according to court of law ". As I told them that I cant continue in this conditions , they are saying simply that I have to break the bond & re-deem the money to get my certificates.

Dear Vergil,
Sorry to say that the Company you are associated with in all probables is a bogus Company. Only you can take them to task ... if you are firm and staunch in your approach by conviction.
Draw first blood ... as already advised, give them a feel of the cops.
