Legal Question in Employment Law in India

First of all thank you Prashant sir,

I had telecon with my boss on last week about salary, I said pls sir make it its two months, i need tht's why i am asking you, otherwise i will wait for next month. pls do something and manage it.

Then he says we haven't any sell how can I and from where I can do it.

and after that he not coming, answering calls.

sir I m working as a BD & office assistant and its not a targate based job, so tht he is holding my salary, bcz of company sell. am I right sir?

Main thing is I dont have offer letter or joining letter. But I have mobile simcard of my company, and emails sent by my naming signature on company server.

what to do?

Dear Shubhangi,

Don't lose heart. Be determined to succeed. If your boss is slow and lagging in decision making, you make the business decisions and take charge. If there are no performance targets at present, set your own performance targets and business goals to achieve. Get all the required infrastructure to launch new product(s) or services in the market.
