Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My present organisation is not paying salary for last three Months to the employees like me (GM). I want to resign in my probation period having a fear whether my employer will clear my dues including the last three Months salary.
Please advice.

If you are no longer preoccupied with Office work, you have every reason to stop going to work, quit and look forward to starting up your own business venture.
