Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My previous employer is not settling my full and final. I worked with them as Country Manager. It is almost 18 months passed visited 3 times to office for settlement of my account but every time new commitments made by HR and CEO of the company. Everytime they take U turn and asking to give more time. Kindly advise what to do? Company has to give 15 days salary + 7 days notice period salary that comes to more than 60000/-
