if a private firm denies salary of regular employee after the end of the month

Dear Sir / Madam,
First and foremost, if the date for payment of monthly salary has already passed, you should ascertain the reason why the owner / partner has withheld the salary of the employee. There could be several valid reasons for the private firm to withhold an employee's salary.
