What is the probation period for kuwait?
is it 90 calendar days (i.e. 3 months) or 90 working days (approx 4-5 months)
&
Annual leave is 30 calendar days or working days?

The probation period is normally 03 months (90 calender days) as is mentioned in your Appointment Letter.
